The fourth floor is home to the rooftop terrace offering phenomenal 360-degree views of Sunbay beach, the Cayos in Esperanza and the surrounding countryside. This is the perfect place for morning coffee or cool drinks in the afternoons. This communal space is perfect for enjoying sunsets, star-gazing or hosting gatherings.<\/p>\n
Acacia Guesthouse offers incredible flexibility with the new owner having options to continue the short-term vacation rentals or incorporate the units into long-term housing for locals creating an income stream. The current owner has also successfully received a permit for scooter rentals that has since expired. The new owners can independently explore this option for additional income stream and attraction for the guests house. The property has a driveway and parking for scooters behind the property.<\/p>\n
