Owner sale: This refers to a person who is not licensed by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and wishes to sell or rent their own property. This person may not sell or rent any other property unless it falls under one of the exceptions provided by Law 10 of April 26, 1994.

The real estate professional's contact information includes their name, license number, and phone number. Users can also send a notification to the real estate professional indicating their interest in the property. With this feature, real estate professionals can select the date, time, and a description of the open house. Users will be able to see this announcement on the homepage of www.ellistingpr.com with the information entered by the real estate professional and can also use the map to get directions. Additionally, users can indicate to the real estate professional that they are interested in visiting the open house.
The Listing is not responsible for photos, tours, descriptions, and details mentioned by real estate professionals about the properties being marketed on the website.
The Listing is not responsible for the information entered by the real estate professional to advertise the open house. Nor is it responsible if there is a change of date and/or time for an open house.
